The Disappearing Bridge EBOOK
Liquid Cat Books proudly presents “The Disappearing Bridge,” by Tatiana Rebecca Shrayer. The poems collected in Tatiana Rebecca Shrayer’s The Disappearing Bridge focus on mysteries of the universe and a young person’s often turbulent emotional life. While profoundly interested in questions of immigrant and Jewish identity, the young poet finds herself drawn more to reflection than to description, more to looking inward than looking outward. The Disappearing Bridge is a lyrical manifesto of a teenage poet’s quest for a place of her own in today’s polarized social and political landscape.

An 11th-grader at Brookline High School in Massachusetts, Tatiana is the author of the poetry collection Searching for Bow and Arrows (2020), which won second prize in the inaugural 2019 Stone Soup book contest.
